Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, many items can be shipped internationally.

Shipping availability, cost, delivery time, and fulfillment location vary depending on the product and destination. Fine art prints may be produced and shipped from different regional fulfillment locations when available.

Shipping is not included in the artwork price unless otherwise stated.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the item ordered.

Fine art prints are produced individually to order and require production time before shipment. Original artwork may require additional time for careful packaging and handling.

Estimated delivery information will be provided when available, but carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Will I Have to Pay Duties or Taxes?

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on the destination.

Where taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be included in the order total. Any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I Commission a Custom Piece?

Yes, I occasionally accept painting commissions when the project is a good fit for my work and process.

My commissioned paintings are created through an interpretive and improvisational approach rather than as exact photographic reproductions. Projects are considered individually based on subject, scale, timeline, and artistic fit.

Will I Receive a Certificate of Authenticity?

Original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Limited-edition works, if offered, will also include appropriate edition information and authentication.

Open-edition prints do not include a Certificate of Authenticity unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Will My Print Be Hand-Signed?

Open-edition fine art prints are not individually hand-signed unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

The artist’s signature visible in the original artwork will appear as part of the reproduced image when applicable.

Original artworks and any signed or limited-edition works will be identified clearly in their product descriptions.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

Please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Keep the artwork or print and all packaging materials, and be prepared to provide photographs of both the item and the packaging so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Can I Return an Artwork or Print?

Original artwork and made-to-order fine art prints are generally not accepted for return or exchange due to change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
