Copyright & Reproduction Rights

All artwork and images remain the intellectual property of Kristen Waligora and are protected by copyright.

Purchase of an original artwork, commission, fine art print, or other product transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, or commercial-use rights.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, altered for commercial use, licensed, distributed, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission from the artist. Purchase of an artwork also does not grant permission to mint, tokenize, or otherwise use the artwork as an NFT or similar digital asset.

Collectors are always welcome to photograph and share artwork they own for personal, noncommercial purposes, including on social media. Attribution to Kristen Waligora is appreciated.

Artwork & Color Accuracy

Every effort is made to represent artwork and prints as accurately as possible.

Please be aware that colors, brightness, contrast, and other visual characteristics may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and display calibration. Minor differences between an online image and the physical artwork or print are therefore not considered defects.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other details carefully before purchasing.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is one of a kind. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, sales of original artwork are final once the work has been shipped.

If an original arrives damaged, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art promptly and provide photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping materials so that the issue can be evaluated and a claim can be made with the carrier when appropriate.

Please retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced individually to order through a professional fine art printing and fulfillment partner.

Because prints are made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order has entered production. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art as soon as possible.

Returns or exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted on made-to-order prints, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art promptly. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required so that a replacement or refund can be arranged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art as soon as reasonably possible.

Include:

• your order number

• a description of the problem

• photographs of the item

• photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved

Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Damage caused after delivery through improper handling, storage, framing, installation, or care is not considered a manufacturing or shipping defect.

Returns & Refunds

Because originals and made-to-order fine art prints are not mass-produced inventory, returns and exchanges for change of mind are generally not accepted.

Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be provided where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, lost when applicable, or where otherwise required by law.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art rather than returning an item without prior authorization.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights available to customers under the laws applicable to their purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing and production times vary depending on the item ordered. Estimated production and shipping information will be provided in the product listing or at checkout whenever available.

Fine art prints may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on the customer's destination and the product ordered. International fulfillment is used where available to reduce shipping distances and delivery times.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, international disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be produced domestically or internationally depending on the product and delivery destination.

Where possible, orders may be fulfilled within or near the customer's region. However, some orders may cross international borders and may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless collected at checkout or otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International tax and customs requirements vary by destination. Customers are responsible for complying with any import requirements that apply in their country.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because a parcel was not collected or accepted, additional production or shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Order Cancellations

Please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Fine art prints may enter production shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Prodigi currently allows merchants to configure a short production delay, including 2-hour, 6-hour, or 24-hour pauses, during which an order can still be edited or cancelled. Prodigi
