Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated separately from the price of the artwork or product.

Shipping costs vary depending on the item, destination, fulfillment location, and delivery method. Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout whenever possible.

Processing & Production Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Fine art prints are produced individually to order through a professional fine art printing and fulfillment partner. Production time is typically required before the order is dispatched.

Original artwork may require additional handling and packaging time before shipment.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided whenever available, but are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available using the email address supplied at checkout.

Please allow additional time for international shipments, customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Fulfillment

Fine art prints may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on the product and the customer’s destination.

Where available, orders may be fulfilled within or near the customer’s region in order to reduce shipping distance, delivery time, and the likelihood of customs delays.

Some orders may still cross international borders.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited or express shipping may be available for some products and destinations.

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout when supported. Expedited shipping does not shorten the production time required for made-to-order items.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be shown as part of the order total.

Where they are not collected in advance, any additional import charges assessed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs requirements vary by destination, and Kristen Waligora Fine Art cannot guarantee whether additional charges will apply to a particular order.

All customs documentation will reflect the actual purchase value. Customs forms will not be falsified or marked as gifts.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected or accepted, additional shipping or production charges may be required to resend the order.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, address changes may not always be possible.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art as soon as possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art promptly.

Please keep the item and all packaging materials and provide photographs of both the artwork or product and the packaging when requested.

If tracking indicates that an order has been lost in transit, please contact Kristen Waligora Fine Art so the issue can be investigated with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
